Software development and automation for business

Tell us what you want to solve. We deliver the solution, working.

You explain the business problem. We decide how to solve it, build it and answer for it working. You never have to manage anything technical.

We work by scope and outcome, not by hours or headcount.

Common starting points

You don't need to know what should be built.

It starts from a situation, not a specification.

  • “We do far too much by hand”

Repetitive tasks eating up hours across a whole team.

  • “Someone moves data between systems by hand”

And nobody is quite sure which one is right.

  • “We run on spreadsheets that can't take any more”

What started as a workaround now holds up the operation.

  • “Our clients ask for everything by phone and email”

    Every query interrupts someone.

  • “We have an idea and don't know where to start”

It's clear in our heads and exists nowhere else.

  • “We know what to automate; we have nobody to do it”

The opportunity has been sitting there for months.

If any of this sounds familiar, the first step is a conversation. We handle the diagnosis.

Describe a need

The model

From a business need to a working solution.

What goes in: A manual process, Documents, Data in two systems, An idea. Neltika: takes it on. What comes out: Internal application, Automation, Portal, Integration.

You are not buying programming capacity. You are buying a result, and someone who answers for it.

With scope and price agreed before we start.

What has changed

Why we can work this way today.

AI has substantially reduced the effort needed to produce certain kinds of software. What used to require an in-house team now fits into a contained engagement.

What hasn't changed is everything else: deciding what to build, designing it properly, verifying that it works and answering for it.

We use AI inside our own process, under our own judgement. What you receive is business software held to the usual standards.

Working software

How this differs from the alternatives

An AI or no-code tool
It generates capacity, but integrating it, launching it and answering for the result is still your job.
Hiring or contracting people
They provide execution, but defining, directing and answering for the result is still your job.

How we work

What happens after you tell us.

Getting started is a conversation

  1. You tell us what you want to solve, in your own words. No need to bring it defined.
  2. We look into it and tell you whether it makes sense and what it would cost. If it doesn't fit, we say so just as quickly.

And if we go ahead, this is what happens

  1. 01

    We understand

What you want to solve, how it works today and what constraints exist: systems, people and timelines.

  2. 02

    We define

What we will build, what is out of scope and how we will check it's solved. In writing, before building anything.

  3. 03

    We build and validate

We manage development, integrations, the use of AI and the technical decisions. You see a first working version early, not at the end.

  4. 04

    We put it to work

It's checked against what was agreed, goes live inside your business, and we agree what happens next.

When it's done

What you are left with once the project closes:

  • The solution live in your business, not a demo
  • Your team trained and the access in your hands
  • What was built for you is yours, and you can maintain it with whoever you choose
  • The documentation needed to operate it
  • A warranty period on what was delivered
  • And, if you need it, we handle how it evolves afterwards

Our model

We call this Managed Product Delivery.

The important word is managed: we take on the technical complexity, AI included, from end to end. We don't pass it on for you to run.

How we work, in detail

Companies

For companies that need to solve something with technology and don't want to build a department to get it.

No technical team, no digital product and no defined project required.

Describe a need

Consultancies and agencies

The partner keeps the client relationship. Neltika takes on delivery.

For consultancies, agencies and integrators with the opportunity but no team to execute it.

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect with our ERP, CRM or other tools?
Usually yes: integrating with what is already in use is a routine part of the work. We check before committing to anything. If a system can't be integrated with, we say so at the start, not halfway through.
How is the price set?
A fixed price per project, agreed before we start, with what it includes and what it doesn't in writing. We don't bill by the hour or by headcount. If you ask for something that wasn't agreed, it's quoted separately before we do it.
What happens after delivery?
There's a warranty period covering faults against what was agreed. Later evolution (improvements, new features) is contracted separately, with us or with anyone else: what was built for you can be maintained by another provider.
What if our need doesn't fit?
We tell you early. There is work we don't take on (replacing a full ERP, BI platforms or native mobile apps) and other needs better solved with a tool that already exists. If that's the case, you'll hear it before spending money.

Tell us what you need to solve.

No defined project needed: describing the situation is enough. We reply within 24 h, and if we don't see a fit we say so just as quickly.
