Confidentiality is part of the delivery model.
Projects are executed under defined standards of scope, acceptance, security, intellectual property and transfer. Trust rests on verifiable method, applied on every project.
Who we are
A specialized structure focused on full delivery.
Neltika works under a managed delivery model: it takes on modules, MVPs and automations end to end, with direct or white-label execution.
The focus is on a bounded perimeter and a single delivery accountability, not on team volume. The organization is built around the product and the delivery, not around the provision of profiles.
Operating principles
How decisions are made on every project.
Full ownership, not staff provision
Neltika takes on the complete module with its own scope, coordination and accountability. It does not place staff under the client's direction.
Scope before code
Deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria are defined before development begins. Without verifiable criteria there is no milestone to accept.
Selection criteria
Projects that don't meet the model's conditions are declined before delivery is committed.
AI is a tool, not the product
It is used as an internal delivery accelerator. It does not change the accountability taken on, and it is not sold as a spectacle.
Delivery standards
Acceptance, change and dependency management.
Each milestone carries an expected deliverable, the environment where it is validated, test cases, a named acceptance owner and a review window. During construction, any issue is classified by its nature to determine how it is handled and its impact on scope and schedule.
Defect
The deliverable does not meet one of the agreed acceptance criteria. Neltika makes the correction within scope.
Change
A feature or requirement outside the agreed scope is requested. Handled through a change order.
Blocked dependency
Execution can't proceed due to a pending action by the client or a third party. Timelines are suspended until it is resolved; any remobilization needed is handled through a change order.
The first functional, integrated version is reviewed from early stages. Acceptance takes place against previously defined criteria.
Technical standards
What is applied on every project.
- Repository and documentation transferable to the client
- Environments and deployments configured and reproducible
- Acceptance criteria defined per milestone
- QA and change traceability
- Access and secrets management
- IP separation: project, pre-existing components and third parties
- Contractual confidentiality
Warranty and ownership
Ownership, warranty and transfer.
- Intellectual property
- Code developed specifically for the client is assigned in full. Pre-existing, generic components are licensed on a perpetual, non-exclusive basis, with the right to use, modify and maintain the product with other providers.
- Warranty
- A limited warranty period after acceptance covers defects against the agreed scope. Improvements and later evolution are covered by Product Care.
- Confidentiality and data
- Client information, and that of its own clients, is treated as confidential. In white-label projects, the end-client relationship stays with the partner.
- Handover
- Every delivery closes with the product deployed, the repository documented, environments configured and a complete transfer. Later operation and evolution do not depend on Neltika.
